Based in Makati City, NCR, you will be part of a small development team making decisions about how we deploy our applications in the production environment. You will have the opportunity to be a member of the core startup team, contributing to code development and building internet applications.
Requirements:
- You should have 3+ years of software development experience, with strong knowledge of building and supporting C and PHP applications in Linux/Unix consumer-facing internet environments.
- Basic degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration or Electronic Engineering (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
- You understand how applications interact with the systems and the knowhow’s to work independently within a development team.
- Experience with modern software engineering practices and paradigms - we want you to develop beautiful codes which is a pleasure to look at and is easy to maintain.
- Experience in application, database and storage development and administration.
- Experience with online services.
- Experience building tools to assist users – scripting skills.
- Experience working with databases (Postgres or MySQL).
- Experience in software management and release systems (SVN, CVS).
- Experience in operations, systems architecture and design for rapidly growing web properties.
